Due to the high freight COST, in order to reduce the added value of products, customers all hope that we can load more products in one container. Therefore, our production department has optimized the packaging of each product to ensure that the carton won't be bulging even the size is smaller. At the same time, the production department also adjusts the size of the carton according to container size to ensure that cartons are just right when loading the container, so that the space of the container can be optimally utilized.
If the goods are sent to Shanghai or Shenzhen ports, the port workers can only return the excess products when they are not fully loaded, which will cause high costs. If possible, we recommend that customers book the shipment route from Wuhan Port, which is the closest port to us and products can be loaded directly from our warehouse. And this can also save transport costs to Shanghai, Shenzhen and other ports. Our workers have rich experience in container loading. On the other hand, direct loading from our warehouse can ensure that all the goods can be loaded into the container, and usually we produce more products QTY than order as standby application. And we will load these products in as well until the container is completely full. Of course, we will get the customer's consent in advance for such a loading method. After all, some customers may require us to ship exactly as ordered.
There are many advantages of directly loading containers from our warehouse. Such as, we will repeatedly check the sealing of containers and remove odors (some containers may have peculiar smells, which will cause the products to be contaminated by the smell of containers when they arrive at the customer's warehouse), and fabric will be put in container to protect cartons be clean and tidy.
